AJ & Christina Bordelon

 

With a Vietnamese mom and a Cajun dad, great cooking was always a part of AJ's household. These fond memories and the love of cooking, inspired a dream to

bring a piece of home to others.

 

Together with his wife Christina (who has her own love for cooking and baking), they embarked on a journey to create dishes with their own twist inspired by his youth. They work with integrity, love, and laughter which they hope to pass onto their 3 children.
